3K Carbon Fiber Sheet / Laminate
Made from 100% premium carbon fiber fabric (approx. 3,000 filaments per tow, “3K”), laminated with epoxy resin into a rigid, lightweight panel. Available in plain or twill weave pattern with matte or high-gloss surface finish.
High-quality carbon fiber sheets from the first selection. Extremely dimensionally stable with high flexural and torsional strenght and good flatness. The surface is smooth and satin-matt on booth sides.
These CFRP sheets are made from high-quality prepregs with epoxy matrix. Please note that these plates are 100% full carbon and not inferior hybrid material. The perfect material for demanding applications requiring maximum strenght with minimal weight (drones and multicopter, racing, model making, sports equioment and more).
A carbon fiber plate is a carbon fiber arranged in the same direction by resin infiltration and hardening to form a carbon fiber plate. It can effectively solve the problem of multi-layer carbon fiber distribution work difficulties and large quantities of engineering, reinforcing effect is convenient for construction.
Using high-quality carbon fiber raw materials and good basic resin, the carbon fiber sheet has high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, shock resistance, impact resistance, and other good properties.
Carbon fiber sheet has extremely high strength, light weight, with a shiny and clear appearance, widely used for model helicopter parts and the hobby market. Customized thicknesses and sizes are available. We supply full-size to pre-cut panels, as well as CNC-machined parts to your specification.

- Lightweight yet exceptionally stiff: density ~1.55 g/cm³, tensile strength up to ~4,900 MPa (varies with grade)
- Balanced quasi-isotropic layup (0°/90°/±45°) ensures consistent performance in all in-plane directions
- Availability in multiple thicknesses (e.g., 0.5 mm / 1.0 mm / 2.0 mm / 3.0 mm / …) and standardized sheet sizes (e.g., 400×500 mm, 500×600 mm), or custom cut to fit machine requirements
- Finish: choose between visible decorative twill weave for aesthetic exposed panels, or plain weave for functional parts
- CNC-machinable: suitable for drilling, routing, cutting with proper tools; edge sealing recommended when used in humid/industrial environments
